👻SPOOKY STORIES - Submit yours by October 23!

This is one of our favorite traditions of the year! If you’ve been in property management long enough, you have that story.

The unbelievably gross situation. That bizarre resident encounter. The property that made you wonder what on earth you had just walked into. Or simply one of the toughest situations you ever had to solve.

We want to hear it! Submit your best, real-life Property Management Spooky Story by October 23. We’ll share the top entries at the luncheon, and attendees will vote for their favorite.
