About Marcia Waters

Marcia Waters has been with the Colorado Division of Real Estate since 2005 and has served as Division Director since 2010.

She began her career with the Division as a Criminal Investigator for the Real Estate Commission before becoming Chief Investigator and later Investigations and Compliance Director, where she managed the Division’s investigatory and settlement programs.

Today, Marcia leads the Colorado Division of Real Estate, which licenses and regulates approximately 50,000 real estate professionals. She serves as administrator for the Real Estate Commission, Board of Real Estate Appraisers, Board of Mortgage Loan Originators, and the HOA Information and Resource Center.
