Meet the Speaker

Gabe Gelman

Gabe Gelman is a Partner at Gelman Law LLC, where he provides legal counsel and representation in real estate, business, construction, employment, probate, and regulatory matters, including proceedings through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). His practice encompasses both transactional work and litigation, giving him a unique perspective on the legal challenges property managers face every day.

A Denver native, Gabe graduated summa cum laude and with Distinction from the University of Colorado Boulder, earning a degree in Political Science along with a minor in History and a certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies. He was inducted into the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa in 2006.

Gabe went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010 and is admitted to practice before all Colorado trial and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.

When he is not practicing law, Gabe enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing endurance athletics, having completed numerous marathons and half marathons while currently training for triathlon competitions.
