📌 Liz Cleyman – Broker/Owner, Blue Sail Property Management

Liz Cleyman, MPM® RMP®, is the Broker/Owner of Blue Sail Property Management, with offices in Denver Colorado and Jacksonville Forida. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry, Liz has built partnerships with hundreds of investors, from first-time landlords to large investment groups, by combining expertise, integrity, and genuine care for people. A dedicated industry leader, Liz joined NARPM® in 2012, earned her RMP® designation in 2015, and achieved her MPM® in 2018. Her commitment to professional excellence has led her to serve at local, state, and national levels within NARPM, and she had the honor of serving as the 2022 National NARPM President. Today, she continues to give back as a National Instructor, mentoring others and sharing her passion for raising industry standards.

Outside of work, Liz loves spending time with her family, hitting the golf course, and soaking in the beauty of the Rocky Mountains, a perfect balance to her busy professional life.
