Alex Yoder, MPM®, RMP®, CAM®, CNE® is the COO and co-owner of Dorman Real Estate Management in Colorado Springs. 

Alex has significant industry leadership experience, including serving as 2013 President of the Colorado Springs chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and 2022 President of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition. He has also been recognized multiple times as “Member of the Year” by his NARPM peers and received the “Extra Mile Award” from the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors.

He is passionate about excellence in property management, advocacy for private property rights, and community education.

More importantly, he’s a husband and father of 3, and loves all things nerdy.
