Initial Details(more to follow):

  • Setup Time: Sponsors may begin setting up their booths starting at 7:00 AM. Setup must be completed by 7:50 AM.
  • Event Schedule: The conference will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by a happy hour immediately after. Since this event lands on Good Friday, we will have fish options available for the meals.
  • Booth Locations: Half the booths will be located in the conference room, and the other half in the hall. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Specific Trade Limits: We reserve the right to limit sponsorships by trade to ensure diversity, with placements secured on a first come, first serve basis.
